Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in modern engineering environments with at least 5 years as hardware/software engineer and 5+ years in a security engineer/architect role.
• Extensive experience with software development, enterprise architecture, and security engineering in public cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong development skills across multiple languages (Java, Python, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, React, Golang).
• Deep knowledge of OT security and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Experience mentoring and leading technical staff and small teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technically informed security guidance to globally distributed product development, execution, sales, and support teams across Dematic.
• Develop and implement a broad security strategy for all Dematic products, including software and OT solutions.
• Lead the Product Security organization vision and strategy with technology leadership.
