Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Product Quality leader to design and drive end-to-end quality strategy for pivotal assets, from readiness through lifecycle management.

You will lead the Product Quality Team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and represent Quality at senior governance forums. The role requires GMP expertise, regulatory experience, and strong leadership across matrix teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical quality or technical roles.
• GMP experience required.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and inspection readiness.
• Matrix leadership experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and integrate end-to-end Product Quality Strategy from readiness through lifecycle.
• Lead the Product Quality Team and align cross-functional priorities and delivery.
• Represent Quality as the One Quality Voice at governance forums.
• Provide Quality leadership for pivotal, filing, launch, and post-approval readiness.
• Contribute to control strategy, regulatory submissions, and health-authority responses.
• Oversight of QMS lifecycle processes including CAPAs, deviations, and changes.
• Drive end-to-end Product Quality for vaccines or medicines through improvements.
• Serve as global SME for new product introduction and lifecycle changes.
• Improve governance frameworks and translate risks into business actions.
• Mentor colleagues through guidance, decision support, and knowledge sharing.
