Job summary

You will work with management to optimize inventories, build supplier and customer relationships, and lead pricing initiatives to sustain profitability.

Domestic and international travel are required to develop partnerships and execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• Candidates must have strong analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate.
• Domestic and international travel will be required to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of product line health—including strategy, financial performance, inventory management, and quality assurance.
• Lead margin and pricing discipline initiatives to ensure sustained profitability and alignment with market dynamics.
• Manage global vendor relationships and negotiations to optimize supply chain reliability and cost efficiency.
• Present biannual product strategy updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting performance, market opportunities, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor and adjust order volume and production schedules to align with business forecasts, capacity constraints, and strategic goals.
• Navigate macroeconomic challenges, evaluate their impact on the business, and adapt as necessary
• Lead product development and other initiatives with domestic and global partners
