Job summary

ebm-papst is seeking a senior product leader responsible for end-to-end ownership of the global product strategy and portfolio roadmap for liquid cooling pump solutions. The role emphasizes the US lead market, hyperscaler requirements, and strong customer proximity to drive commercial success.

You will translate US customer needs into prioritized product requirements, align with R&D and regional teams, and drive business cases and market positioning with Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business or a comparable technical/commercial field.
• minimum five years of product management, business development or related experience.
• Mandatory experience in industrial pump, hydronics, thermal management, HVAC, data center infrastructure or liquid cooling apps.
• Strong commercial mindset aligning market needs with business case logic and portfolio decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global product strategy and portfolio roadmap for liquid cooling pumps.
• Own business performance including business case realization and portfolio competitiveness.
• Translate US customer needs and hyperscaler requirements into prioritized product requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D, Systemhouse Datacenter and regional teams on product priorities and implementation.
• Prepare and drive business cases and decision packages for executive review.
