Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Product Lead for Policy to drive the Policy experience across Google’s Ads ecosystem. You will partner with gTech Ads, Sales, PM, and Engineering to shape strategic roadmaps and deliver AI-powered tools that enhance advertiser outcomes.

As a Global Product Lead for Policy, you will work with cross-functional teams to define the next-generation infrastructure and ensure broad adoption, with data-driven storytelling for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product or program management.
• Strong understanding of Ads policy, regulatory, or Trust and Safety challenges.
• Experience with AI, data analysis, and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and policy priorities into strategic technical roadmaps.
• Articulate prioritized requirements with quantified business cases (CSAT, adoption, revenue).
• Build, audit, and govern agentic skills and platform tools for end users.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and translate insights into recommendations.
• Plan and drive global launch strategies with deployment, training, and support materials.
