Qualifications

• Engineering degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of accomplishments and experiences.
• willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and creativity in problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation within seals engineering teams and establish design criteria.
• Collaborate with customers to meet product requirements and generate designs.
• Develop and document drawings, CAD models and testing results.
• Support quality assurance and supplier interactions, including DFMEAs and validation.
• Present results to customers and coordinate with R&D and test centers.
