Job summary

BMA Group Global seeks an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain professional to lead global commodity and category strategies, optimize procurement processes, ensure supply continuity, mitigate risk, and support strategic objectives across global operations.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain operations.
• Experience working across multiple programs, products, business units, or geographic regions.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude.
• Advanced project management and leadership skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
• Advanced understanding of corporate compliance and procurement governance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and the applicable local language.

Responsibilities

• Execute global commodity and category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support procurement strategies, policies, and initiatives across products, services, and internal projects.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with engineering, manufacturing, strategic procurement, and business teams.
• Ensure continuity of supply, appropriate service levels, and effective risk mitigation.
• Analyze procurement programs, processes, technologies, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead complex, cross-functional and cross-regional procurement initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, processes, and solutions that improve procurement and supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to execute category strategies.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market, business, and industry trends.
• Mentor and provide guidance to procurement and supply chain professionals.
