Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.
• Global procurement experience required.
• Strong English and local language proficiency.
• Advanced understanding of procurement processes.
• Advanced analytical and technical aptitude.
• Strong business application skills.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Advanced understanding of corporate compliance.
• Advanced project management skills and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise across all levels of assignments aligned with business divisions.
• Drive development of new processes, programs, and methods to push technology limits.
• Monitor and analyze programs, delivery solutions, processes, and metrics to guide strategy.
• Lead multiple cross-functional teams on large, complex projects.
• Offer broad analytic and innovative solutions to achieve industry ratings.
• Mentor and guide lower-level contributors.
• Develop and execute broad strategic plans collaborating with businesses and partners.
• Coordinate global and regional experts to deliver strategies.
