Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement with global responsibilities.
• Proven contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Experience managing large spend categories and cost savings drives.
• Expertise in cost modeling, financial analysis and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long/short-term strategic procurement plans.
• Lead global procurement teams to deliver cost savings and supply continuity.
• Negotiate complex contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Oversee supplier transitions to mitigate disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introductions.
• Implement cost analytics, should-cost models, and value engineering.
• Develop risk mitigation, multi-sourcing, and contingency plans.
• Improve procurement processes, tools, and systems.
• Manage budgets of $300M+ and drive CE/VE savings and working capital.
