Job summary

Amazon is seeking a leader to architect and drive GPS’s external engagement strategy at scale from its Global Procurement Organization. This role blends strategy, diplomacy, and execution to influence policymakers, build partnerships, and position procurement as a lever for systemic change.

You'll design governance, shape narratives, and translate data into measurable outcomes across suppliers, governments, and global stakeholders, while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet sustainability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of data-driven process improvement experience using metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a global engagement strategy with governance and reporting.
• Develop external impact and recognition strategy across pillars; translate data into narratives.
• Build partnerships with governments, NGOs, industry bodies; expand inclusive supplier ecosystems.
• Liaise with Government Affairs and public sector on policy initiatives related to procurement standards.
• Lead multi-stakeholder activations and measure impact across GPS pillars.
