Job summary

TensorWave Inc. is seeking a VP of Global Procurement to lead and scale a procurement organization, owning a strategic relationship with AMD and its OEM/ODM ecosystem.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align supply strategy with business goals and ensure excellence, collaboration, and impact. The role requires deep experience in hyperscale infrastructure, hardware procurement, and multi-year agreements, with a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing, with senior leadership exposure.
• Direct negotiation experience with AMD or similar OEM/ODM ecosystems preferred.
• Track record of multi-year supply agreements and risk management in hardware-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for AMD GPUs, servers, networking gear, and related infra.
• Manage senior AMD relationship with commercial, supply chain, and product teams; coordinate OEM/ODM partners.
• Collaborate with data center and energy teams on colo, power, cooling, and long-lead construction items.
• Establish category management for silicon, servers, networking, power, data center construction, software licensing, logistics.
• Lead complex negotiations, manage supply risk, and champion compliance and export controls.
