Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Significant procurement leadership across market research, data licensing, medical services or patient services.
• Experience leading global teams and influencing senior stakeholders within complex matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, healthcare compliance frameworks and third-party risk management.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and supplier relationship management capabilities.
• Digital and data fluency with analytics, AI governance, or data-driven decision making.
