Job summary

Sotera Health Company is seeking a Director of Procurement to shape and execute global procurement strategy across all business units. Qualifications

BS/BA in a related field; MBA desirable.
10+ years of experience in Business, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or Consulting.
Demonstrated leadership in strategic initiatives and change efforts.
Ability to recruit, train, develop personnel, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of short- and long-term procurement strategies.
Partner with business unit leaders to create category strategies.
Position procurement as a strategic business partner and align goals with enterprise objectives.
Formalize partnerships with Finance, Engineering, Operations, IT, and Facilities to identify savings.
Establish performance metrics and governance to evaluate procurement impact.
