Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, technology development, or process safety in complex manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience with Risk-Based Process Safety (RBPS) or equivalent frameworks.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead RBPS governance and drive consistency across sites supporting HBM processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate process safety risks tied to new materials and complex processes.
• Facilitate hazard analyses, audits, investigations, and share findings.
