Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Global Key Account Director, Private Label to drive profitable growth by unifying Flexibles and Rigids, leading regional strategies and top-tier customer relationships. Based in North America, you will set strategic direction and steer cross-divisional alignment to protect margins.

You bring 12–15+ years in multinational commercial leadership, manage $75M–$150M+ portfolios, and hold an MBA with experience across multiple regions and complex matrix environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12–15+ years of multinational Key Account or Commercial Leadership experience.
• Experience operating multi-region environments.
• Experience across both Flexibles and Rigids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute regional growth strategy aligned with Regional Commercial Leader.
• Lead Top-to-Top customer relationships and negotiations.
• Drive cross-division (Flex/Rigid) commercial alignment and avoid channel conflict.
• Ensure margin protection and full cost recovery (raw material, FX, labor).
• Manage working capital performance (AR, forecast accuracy, inventory).
• Lead value engineering and profitability improvement initiatives.
