Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking an experienced privacy attorney to serve as Director, Privacy and take day-to-day ownership of our global privacy program. Reporting to the VP of Commercial & Privacy, you will be the hands-on owner of privacy compliance across our channel-led, SaaS-enabled cybersecurity business serving more than 12,000 customers worldwide.

This builder role translates evolving privacy and data protection requirements into scalable processes.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Seven+ years of privacy and data protection experience.
• In-house experience at a technology company.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and global privacy frameworks.
• IAPP certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of the global privacy program, incl. GDPR/CCPA/CPRA compliance across regions.
• Draft, maintain, and improve privacy policies, notices, and records of processing.
• Conduct DPIAs, TIA, and privacy reviews.
• Embed privacy by design in product development with Product & Engineering.
