Lucid Software is seeking a highly analytical compliance professional to join our close-knit legal team. You will manage cross‑functional programs, focusing on data protection, privacy assessments, and policy implementation across our fast‑growing SaaS environment.

You’ll partner with product, security, and operations to map data flows, maintain regulatory mappings, and develop training while staying ahead of evolving laws in the U.S. and EU.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of privacy/compliance management in B2B SaaS or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and emerging AI laws.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts for non-experts.
• Experience implementing policies across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SaaS compliance programs, including data mapping and policy implementation.
• Monitor global laws and regulations affecting the SaaS space, with US and EU focus.
• Maintain compliance documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, security, and operations to implement controls.
• Design and deliver compliance training and awareness campaigns.
