Raisin is seeking a Senior International PR Manager to drive media strategy across the UK, Ireland and other markets. You will lead PR initiatives, build strong media relationships, and manage on-the-ground communications globally.

You will oversee editorial planning, content creation, and agency partnerships, traveling to target markets and coordinating with headquarters to ensure consistent messaging and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, gained either in a PR agency or in-house communications department.
• An international background and mindset, with intercultural competence.
• Extensive knowledge of the UK and Irish media landscape and an established journalist network.
• Willingness to travel internationally to foster relationships and oversee local market initiatives.
• Proven track record of developing and executing PR strategies with measurable results.
• Creative storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and headlines for target media.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Native or professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement PR & Communications initiatives to boost brand awareness and thought leadership in the UK and Irish markets and beyond.
• Actively build and maintain relationships with financial and consumer media across target regions.
• Travel to target markets to establish on-the-ground media relations with local outlets and agencies.
• Create data-driven narratives and creative ideas for engaging existing and new media contacts.
• Draft and distribute press releases, pitches, video scripts, visual assets and other materials for international audiences.
• Lead and coordinate external PR agencies and manage budgets.
• Coordinate media activities, briefings, interviews, and serve as a spokesperson when needed.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure alignment across channels.
• Monitor media landscape and competitive activity to surface PR opportunities and manage risks.
• Help set and track team OKRs and support colleagues at all levels.
