• 8+ years of experience in Quality, R&D, or related function in a regulated environment.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience managing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for post-market quality systems and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of post-market quality engineers and professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end complaint handling and post-market surveillance processes, including MDR/MDV reporting.
• Establish priorities, expectations, and quality objectives; monitor key metrics.
• Apply regulatory expertise to interpret global post-market requirements and drive policy improvements.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional leaders to resolve complex quality issues.
• Lead audits, Management Reviews, and regulatory interactions.
• Drive continuous improvement and training for stakeholders.
• Provide leadership for Complaint Handling including the Laboratory as needed.
