Uber seeks a proactive Safety Policy & Governance professional to develop platform safety policies across Mobility and Delivery, and to govern how safety incidents are reported and audited. You will work with Product, Data Science, Safety Support, and Legal to drive data-driven policy improvements.

We are seeking a self-starter to join Uber’s Global Safety team to focus on the development of Uber’s global safety policies and standards, and governance over how safety incidents are reported, classified, routed, and audited for high-quality reporting. This includes setting requirements for safety incident auditing, evolving policies and models to detect patterns of fraud or abuse, and

For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $131,000 per year - USD $145,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $131,000 per year - USD $145,000 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $131,000 per year - USD $145,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
