Description du poste

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented peopleand empowering them tothrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

We are looking for a Global PMO Lead who will lead the PMO for JLL’s Project & Development Services (PDS) team on the NCR Atleos account. You’ll be the operational link between the account’s Center of Excellence (CoE), which sets global standards and tools, and the regional Senior Program Managers and variable project managers who deliver projects across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. You’ll focus on global governance, risk management, reporting, process standardization and capital planning support, so that standards are applied consistently and the data flowing up to account leadership and NCR Atleos’ Global Real Estate (GRE) team is accurate and consistent across regions. The regional Senior Program Managers own project delivery. You’ll own the controls, financial discipline and data that make that deliver consistency across the capital plan. You’ll report to the Global PDS & OP Lead and lead the Global PMO Coordinator. The role is based at NCR Atleos’ global headquarters (GHQ) in Atlanta.

  • Maintain the account’s PDS & OP Field Manuals (playbooks), templates and standard processes, and make sure variable, in-country project managers who rotate on and off the account are trained on them and apply them consistently.

  • Match each project to the right in-country project manager, from within JLL or by appointing third-party providers, then work with local JLL teams to prepare and submit compliant proposals and coordinate any bid interviews.
  • Introduce local delivery teams to the client on award, review key deliverables before they go to the client, and act as an escalation point for project issues alongside the regional Senior Program Managers.
  • Work with the Global CoE Lead and CoE teams (Performance, Technology and Data, Sourcing, HSSE, and Risk and Compliance). The CoE designs the standards, KPI frameworks, platforms and tools; you make sure PDS teams apply them, and you feed PDS data, results and lessons learned back to the CoE.
  • Support the Global PDS & OP Lead and the regional Senior Program Managers (Americas, EMEA and APAC), who direct each region’s delivery teams, working hand in hand with the account’s Finance team in the following capacities:
