Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Solid working knowledge of PLM systems, BOM Configuration, and Product Localization.
• Consistent record of leading global, strategic projects with ability to execute under tight deadlines.
• Experience in program/project management with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in a matrixed and global organization.
• Attention to detail and continuous innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage localizations BOM portfolio for AMR and coordinate related resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups (Regulatory, NPI Launch Readiness, Trade Compliance, Product Marketing, Engineering) to meet deadlines.
• Drive localization strategy and BOM changes for LATAM and ensure compliance across product lines.
• Oversee ongoing compliance projects for shipping products into Latin America.
• Present and defend PLM capability and roadmap to senior leadership.
