Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Able to work non-traditional hours and travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate educational and cultural initiatives for players.
• Oversee implementation of educational programs at multiple locations.
• Develop opportunities for international players to learn essential life skills.
• Provide comprehensive support on personal development and acclimation to life in the United States.
• Liaise with Baseball Operations, Player Development, Dominican Academy, and other departments.
• Assist immigration processes and visa-related support for international personnel.
• Coordinate community service opportunities and develop new player growth initiatives.
