Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager to lead plant productivity initiatives across the Americas. You will partner with plant leaders to identify and accelerate measurable improvement in throughput, conversion cost, quality, and delivery.

Reporting to the Sr Director of ISC Transformation- PPX, you will drive assessments, translate shop-floor observations into actionable plans, and scale best practices across sites, while contributing to

Qualifications

• 6+ years in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or plant productivity roles.
• 8+ years in supply chain project management.
• Proven experience conducting plant assessments with evidence-based improvements.
• Strong understanding of throughput, bottlenecks, labor productivity, and conversion cost.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant productivity assessments to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Partner with plant leaders to prioritize and accelerate improvements.
• Translate floor observations into quantified opportunity pipelines.
• Communicate findings to Site, ISC and PPX leadership with evidence.
• Identify and scale best practices across sites for broader impact.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PPX tools and methods.
