Responsibilities

• Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management expertise.
• Ensure that schedule control & progress procedures are developed and executed.
• Coordinate, monitor, and assess Contractor’s efforts in project planning.
• Review project changes to evaluate detailed schedule impact.
