Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Global Planning Manager to guide Jeep and Ram vehicle programs from early planning through development, launch, and ongoing production. This senior professional role focuses on Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Gladiator, Ram Dakota, and potential mid-sized vehicles within SPUT.

You will work with Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Software, and Marketing to build clear strategies and executable plans, linking program decisions to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, or finance.
• Six+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior executive audiences.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise presentations and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead regional initiatives and special projects on behalf of the PD and PDDs.
• Define vehicle scope, sales volumes, pricing and market assumptions, investments, and costs.
• Support early product strategy and long-range planning analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and accurate inputs.
