First Solar, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage day-to-day end-to-end planning for spare and IDM materials. You will partner with manufacturing operations to optimize stock, ensure production uptime, and drive efficiency across global sites.
The role requires a Bachelor's or related Associate degree with supply chain experience, familiarity with MRP and SAP, and strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. Some travel may be required.

In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day execution of end-to-end planning processes of assigned Spares and IDM materials in conjunction with an aligned strategy.The candidate is tasked with managing incoming material stock levels in conjunction with the demand plan to support the global manufacturing operations. This position is a key driver in ensuring that adequate inventory is available to ensure production and equipment uptime, while optimizing inventory levels and other financial metrics.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards, and a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair) for those requiring respirator use.
