Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Global Physical Security Intelligence Specialist to own our physical security technologies across office and data center footprints. You will shape strategy, implement solutions, and partner with teams to unify physical and digital access for Cloudflare’s global network.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts, manage global security programs, and drive risk mitigation while traveling up to 35% to Cloudflare locations.

Qualifications

• Decision making on acceptable physical security risk and mitigation.
• Experience managing a local physical security program and event security.
• Solid understanding of deploying access control and CCTV at scale.
• Ability to coordinate with law enforcement and government agencies.
• Networking security knowledge related to physical security tech.
• Experience with Verkada cameras and access sensors.

Responsibilities

• Lead global physical security program across data centers.
• Manage investigations with People’s Team and SIRT coordination.
• Deploy and remediate access control and CCTV equipment with vendors.
• Coordinate facility and personnel safety practices and responses.
• Develop and automate physical security standards and controls.
• Support audits and compliance with FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
