Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 10+ years of trial management experience in biotech, pharma, or CROs.
• Deep knowledge of clinical development, GCP, and global regulations.
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global Phase 2/3 trials and study execution.
• Manage trial managers and vendors.
• Develop and implement clinical strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory standards.
• Track KPIs to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, data, and biometrics teams.
