Job summary

CVS Health seeks Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates for a Pharmacist Internship program. You will complete required US internship hours to pursue licensure, while applying your pharmacy knowledge in a mixed learning plan and diverse patient care settings.

Successful candidates will develop clinical skills, leadership, and practice-management abilities within CVS Health's patient-centric care model and regulatory framework.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state where the position is based within 120 days of internship completion.
• Willingness to complete US Intern hours and licensure processes within timelines.
• Proficiency with patient counseling and clinical interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered service and support to customers in-store and via the drive-thru.
• Support regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and CVS policies.
• Follow CVS workflow, assist with prescriptions, and manage inventory and operations.
• Counsel customers under supervision of a licensed pharmacist and escalate as needed.
• Lead and participate in team activities, training, and development of staff.
• Engage in education efforts and continual learning to meet licensure requirements.
