Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and at the drive-thru with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns; resolve inquiries.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality according to HIPAA and company standards.
• Process prescriptions including labeling and dispensing under supervision; ensure accuracy.
