Job summary

CVS Health in Louisville, KY, seeks a Foreign Pharmacy Grad for our International Pharmacy Intern program. You will complete US internship hours under licensed pharmacists to support patient care and pharmacy operations.

After passing FPGEE and TOEFL, you’ll advance toward required licensure with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, counseling, and diverse patient interactions, under supervision, within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Non-US accredited graduate must pass FPGEE and TOEFL to qualify.
• Internship completed in 18 months with US licensure processes within 120 days.
• Licensure in the state within 120 days of internship completion.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously in-store and at drive-through.
• Assist pharmacy and front-store customers with questions.
• Process prescriptions including translation of SIG codes and labeling.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Support pharmacy operations and inventory management.
• Counsel and direct customers to a pharmacist when needed.
