Job summary

CVS Health invites foreign graduates to join our Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program in a Pharmacist internship track. Under direct supervision, you'll develop knowledge to pass licensure exams and complete internship hours within 18 months, gaining diverse patient care and leadership experience.

You'll contribute to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations while supporting your pharmacy manager and team to deliver exceptional care in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours.
• Active Pharmacy Intern license in the state where district is located.
• Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers courteously in-store and at the drive-thru.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and CVS policies.
• Process prescriptions and manage inventory and claims.
• Provide counseling under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Lead store operations and training of Pharmacy Support Staff.
