Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Global Pharmaceutical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead regulatory alignment, technical credibility, and commercial strategy across life sciences initiatives. You will act as the primary regulatory and manufacturing authority, translating cGMP expectations into actionable commercial roadmaps and partnerships.

The role bridges engineering, sales, and product teams, focusing on CIP/SIP, validation, quality systems, and readiness for global pharma markets.

Qualifications

• Experience translating health authority guidance into commercial product requirements.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills for global stakeholders.
• Ability to influence engineers, quality, operations, and sales teams across regions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% to support audits, integrations, and events.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex regulatory and cGMP requirements into engineering and commercial priorities.
• Provide regulatory guidance on health authority expectations, change control, documentation, and supplier qualification.
• Guide product roadmaps and commercialization strategies for sterile and bioprocess environments.
• Build relationships with global pharmaceutical manufacturers, OEMs, and industry groups.
• Support customer trials, pilot evaluations, and reference installations.
• Prepare and present strategic market initiatives to executive leadership.
