Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join its Commercial analytics and Forecasting team. You will develop forecasts globally and regionally, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive forecasting accuracy using Python and analytics tools.

Ten+ years in pharma forecasting with TA expertise are required, along with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. You’ll operate in a hybrid EY environment, delivering insights to senior leadership and supporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting, analytics, and business analysis experience.
• Deep expertise in Long-Range Forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing capabilities.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI and Python for analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and a track record of delivering insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts across global, regional, and country levels.
• Conduct forecasting across brands, franchises, regions, and countries with actionable insights.
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities.
• Build and validate forecasting models, proposing appropriate assumptions and methods.
• Prepare concept notes, reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and senior leaders to inform decisions.
