Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a senior Supply Line Engineer to build and manage a global PCB supply base that supports advanced technologies such as HDI and high-layer count boards. You will work with design, operations, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, cost control, and long-term supply continuity.

You will lead supplier audits, qualification activities, and risk mitigation while guiding engineering teams on stack‑up validation, impedance control, and reliability testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years with PCB design, fabrication, or assembly for high-reliability products; 5+ years with advanced PCB technologies.
• Strong knowledge of materials, stack-up design, signal integrity, and manufacturability constraints.
• Experience with PCB qualification, reliability testing, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a global PCB supply base supporting HDI and high-layer count designs.
• Collaborate with design engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability and supply continuity.
• Lead PCB supplier audits and qualifications, including stack‑up validation and impedance control.
• Identify and mitigate PCB supply chain risks and develop alternative sourcing plans.
• Support NPI by aligning supplier capabilities with design complexity and test needs.
