Qualifications

• Experience leading payments and trade finance transformation in global banks.
• Strong ability to manage end-to-end delivery, budgets, risks and stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering functional/business transformations, not only IT.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of payments and trade finance transformation projects within global banking environments.
• Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits.
• Lead functional change initiatives including operating model, process, and policy changes.
• Drive digital transformation projects with significant delivery in payments and related domains.
• Conduct change impact assessments and ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Work with senior business stakeholders across regions; manage expectations and escalations.
• Prepare and present project status reports, steering decks, risk/issue logs, and resourcing plans.
• Champion Agile ways of working and align teams to Agile cadences.
• Ensure projects deliver tangible business outcomes, not just artefacts.
