Job summary

Bank of America is offering a 10-week Global Payments Solutions summer analyst program designed to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills. You will gain on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and mentorship while learning how treasury management products serve corporate clients globally.

Upon completion, you will understand the Treasury Management landscape, the GPS product set, and how deals progress from prospecting to execution.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028
• Strong academic record with extracurricular and professional achievements
• GPA 3.2 or higher preferred
• Collaborative mindset and openness to diverse perspectives
• Clear communication and adaptability in a team environment
• Interest in Global Payments Solutions and treasury services
• Experience with Tableau is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week, hands-on analyst program with on-the-job training and classroom instruction
• Learn and apply core treasury management concepts and GPS product knowledge
• Assist in understanding client needs and how transactions move through the sales process
• Contribute to product management activities for existing and new GPS solutions
• Engage in mentorship and professional development activities throughout the program
