Job summary

Anderson Global, a global provider of professional services, seeks a Paralegal to support attorneys and advisors as part of the Professional Advisory Team. You will facilitate client interactions, reviews of documents and entity structures, and legal research to ensure accurate corporate records.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, pays meticulous attention to detail, and delivers excellent client service in a dynamic professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal, legal support, legal operations, or related experience.
• Experience supporting attorneys in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and document management systems; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses.
• Conduct entity structure clarification consultations and assist clients in understanding legal, compliance, and organizational documentation.
• Lead client binder and documentation review meetings.
• Review legal blueprints, entity structures, organizational documents, and supporting materials.
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and statutory research.
• Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys and Professional Advisors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and professional standards.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
