Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for Global Friends reflecting UPC's Global Culture.
• Provide vision and leadership for Global Friends ministry.
• Plan and lead retreats, events, trainings and growth initiatives.
• Oversee weekly programs for adults and children, cultivating welcome and care.
• Coordinate partnerships with local/global ministry organizations.
• Collaborate with Language Institute for alignment and collaboration.
• Communicate ministry updates with UPC Communications team.
• Participate in worship and UPC staff meetings.
