Job summary

LyondellBasell's North American Headquarters in Houston is seeking a Supply Chain Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage domestic/export orders, verify product availability, coordinate transportation, and ensure accurate invoicing.

Reporting to the Account Specialist Supervisor, the role requires at least 3 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong problem solving with SAP and MS Office proficiency in a fast-paced environment. Includes bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant, industry-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS with 8+ years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the domestic and/or export order fulfillment process for complex accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for all customer order-related issues.
• Establish relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and understand order patterns.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery; provide solutions for time-sensitive needs.
• Ensure accuracy of order data in SAP and related systems.
• Support process improvements and extended system projects.
