Oversees design and development of large-scale or cross-functional solutions, systems of solutions, or initiatives to deliver integrated enterprise capabilities that optimize business processes and deliver efficiency and value. Oversees complex transformation initiatives, ensuring business and technology integration delivers measurable value and competitive advantage. Provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide business process integration and optimization initiatives. Partners with executive stakeholders to align optimization strategies with long-term business transformation goals. Defines organizational policy for build-versus-buy decisions and ensures alignment with business transformation and innovation strategies. Oversees global solution evaluation practices, ensuring investments deliver measurable value and technical fit. Partners with executives in software, systems, and security functions to align interoperability and integration strategies with enterprise technology and business objectives and ensure architectural alignment, cybersecurity, regulatory adherence, and continuous process maturity.
