Job summary

Unical Aviation Inc. seeks a Head of Operations to oversee operational functions and to lead and scale the operational ecosystem across Unical, Ecube and VAS revenue streams, driving excellence through product, people, quality, and innovation.

You will align corporate governance across three entities, manage end-to-end supply chain, procurement, logistics, and regulatory compliance, and own P&L for US operations while shaping a high-performing, cross-location leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a C-level within a subsidiary or division of a multinational corporation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and standardize operational workflows across three legal entities and align with global strategies.
• Oversee global and domestic supply chain, including logistics, warehousing, inventory optimization, and 3PL relations.
