Job summary

TD invites motivated students to join the Global Operations & Business Services Summer Analyst Program in New York. The 10-week internship immerses you in multiple teams, tackling process improvements and supporting projects across the trade lifecycle, banking operations, and client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year university or college degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Preferred majors in business or STEM disciplines.
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships, partner effectively, and work in a dynamic and agile environment.
• Small tech capabilities (Python, Alteryx, UiPath) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable experience by learning the key functions of a team, assist in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery for the customer, and support process improvement initiatives for greater efficiency.
• Act as a specialist, assist in leading unique and innovative projects within Global Operations and Business Services, or leveraging your skillset to find opportunities to improve the way we work within aspects of the trade lifecycle, business processes, and banking operations.
• Be exposed to opportunities that may include developing and implementing new products, services, applications, workflows, or operational efficiencies.
• Further develop individual skillsets and capabilities such as strategic problem-solving, project management methodologies, and relationship building
• Collaborate with management to evaluate key problems by assessing process drivers in a diverse workplace environment
