• Two years of recent operations management experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Implement production, productivity, quality control, inventory management, warehousing, imports, exports, and logistics; resolve problems.
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage.
• Accomplish operational goals and manage relationships with key vendors.
• Review and approve operational invoices and ensure payment submission.
• Serve as primary contact for customer issues at client facilities and communicate with the operations team.
