Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a world-class Director of Global Operations for HRC to drive execution and performance across regions. The role leads manufacturing network standards, governance, KPIs and strategic investments.

Based in Milton, VT, you will develop capacity planning, operational excellence and transformation initiatives, partner with engineering, supply chain, and product management, and build leadership across global sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
  • Experience leading multi-site or global manufacturing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, automation, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual and long-range global operations plans.
  • Establish global operational standards, governance, KPIs, and best practices.
  • Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee manufacturing readiness for new products and technology introductions.
  • Drive standardization of processes, systems, metrics, and operating procedures.
  • Ensure regulatory, safety, compliance, and environmental standards are met globally.
  • Lead business continuity, risk mitigation, and resilience planning.
