Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze data, generate insights, and build automated reporting that drives strategic decisions for the Global Operations workforce. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
3+ years of Excel or Tableau experience for data manipulation and visualization.
3+ years of SQL queries and BI reporting experience.
Experience turning data into business insights and recommendations.
Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting to executives.
3+ years in business/data analyst roles.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
Strong written and verbal communication of complex ideas.

Responsibilities

Own measurement framework for internal communications KPIs, baselines, and goals.
Deep dive into content performance and employee feedback data; share learnings globally.
Analyze sentiment to identify information gaps.
Write analytical narratives for Business Reviews; track trends over time.
Advise regional teams on data-driven content strategy.
Build AI-powered automation to reduce manual reporting burden.
Design and maintain dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
Design reporting solutions to enable data-driven decisions.
Access raw data, build queries, and create visualizations of performance.
Collaborate with tech teams to improve internal customer experience across Operations.
