Job summary

Ratliff, a leading industrial distributor and manufacturer, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to guide daily operations and execute the CEO's strategic vision. You will oversee supply chain, manufacturing, and IT, driving efficiency and growth in a global context.

The role requires 10+ years in operations leadership, a strong background in distribution, and expertise with ERP/MRP/WMS systems. An engineering degree (MBA preferred) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational management with executive leadership.
• Experience in distribution and global operations.
• Heavy-duty / internal combustion engine industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, MRP, WMS, and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all core business operations including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, IT, and finance.
• Partner with CEO to develop and execute strategic goals and operational plans.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead deployment and optimization of ERP, WMS, and other operational technologies.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required (≈35%).
• Mentor and develop department heads and operational teams.
