Global Operations Center Technician at Epic

Join to apply for the Global Operations Center Technician role at Epic. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

As an Operations Center Technician, you will help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real‑time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations. You’ll identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur. Working closely with internal teams and emergency services, you will ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
