Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an International Operations Analyst to analyze trends and provide insights that improve operations across Canada and Mexico.

You will develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using SQL and Excel, prepare concise memos with data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with fellow analysts to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years in database analytics with advanced data mining and extraction skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; understanding of Mexican culture and communication a plus
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to recommend improvements for operations across Canada and Mexico.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using SQL and Excel to ensure efficient international operations.
• Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with other analysts to share best practices, identify data trends and recommend opportunities.
